General Terms & Conditions

Billing: All subscriptions are billed monthly from your sign-up date. Setup/onboarding fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Partial months are not prorated.

Access: You agree to provide accurate business information and necessary credentials so our team can deliver services effectively.

Service Delivery: Turnaround times vary by service. Most onboarding is completed within 7 business days after account access is provided.

Brand Safety: Content created, ads launched, and review responses are aligned with your brand tone. Sensitive items (e.g., negative review replies, large ad spend increases) require your approval before publishing.

Data Use: By providing customer lists, leads, or contact info, you confirm you have the right to contact those individuals and grant us permission to send requests/campaigns on your behalf.

Guarantees: Marketing inherently depends on variables outside our control (competition, seasonality, ad performance). PragmaIQ does not guarantee specific results but commits to best-practice strategy and transparent reporting.
